OUR GOALS

 

Holding true to our values, VisitHATTIESBURG set out to develop a strategic road map for growing tourism in Hattiesburg. Below are those results. 

 

 

In 2019, VisitHATTIESBURG embarked on a long-range strategic planning process with a national firm, which upon completion would provide a DestinationNEXT road map for tourism development in the city for the next five years. After nearly twelve months of stakeholder engagement, visitor research, and refining tourism development best practices, VisitHATTIESBURG shared its five-year plan with the business community and local leaders in March 2020.
