MSU Pine Belt Master Gardeners is pleased to invite community members to attend our Spring Garden Day on Saturday, April 11th at the Forrest County Extension Center in Hattiesburg, MS (952 Sullivan Drive). The event theme is “Spring Garden Revival.” Admission is free. Registration begins at 8:30am. The program will begin inside the building at 9am with special guest speakers Mike Keith, Instructor of Landscape Management Technology at Pearl River Community College who will speak on water gardens and Rick Griffin, award winning Jackson-based landscape architect who believes a backyard should be a carnival. There will be plant sales from Pine Belt Master Gardeners and vendors such as Larry Stephenson from Southern Cultured Orchards & Nursery and Mizell’s Camellia Hill Nursery until noon. We hope to see you there!
