Largest Pumpkin Carving Party in the Gulf South - Oct. 22

Rocky Horror Picture Show – Oct. 23
Shivering with antici…pation? The wait is almost over for the Historic Saenger Theater’s annual showing of cult-classic “Rocky Horror Picture Show” This year’s event will once again include a block party beginning one hour prior to showtime, a costume contest, interactive prop bags for purchase, and a live performance that occurs in tandem with the movie showing. Night Court Pajama Party — Oct. 26
Celebrate the release of the newest A Court of Thorns and Roses book with a fantasy-filled pajama party at Storied Bookery & Gifts.

12th Annual Hattiesburg Halloween Parade - Oct. 29

Zoo Boo – October 9 & 10, October 16 & 17, October 23–30
Held on the grounds of the Hattiesburg Zoo, Zoo Boo features Halloween-themed fun for all ages. The “Creepy Cantina” and “Goblin Grill” will serve up some spooky specials, and activities such as “The Haunted High Ropes Adventure Course” and “The Petrifying Petting Zoo” will help you get in the Halloween spirit. Booseum at the Museum – Dates Coming Soon
Booseum, which is the African American Military History Museum’s annual Halloween event, is geared toward children ages 3 to 12 years of age. The Museum comes to life after hours with fangtastic decor, wicked games, creepy-crawly crafts, and some howling good food. Guests are encouraged to dress in their favorite Halloween costume and participate in the costume contest. The night will end with a spooktacular trick-or-treat tour. Lucky Rabbit
The Lucky Rabbit is bringing back its spooky-season celebration every Friday night in October! Both buildings will remain open for shopping from 5 to 9 p.m., alongside an outdoor Halloween market, street tacos, adult beverages and costumed scare actors ready for memorable photo opportunities.
Visitors can explore themed experiences inspired by Beetlejuice, The Goonies, The Golden Girls, Friends, Schitt’s Creek, Fallout and Stranger Things. With creative walkthroughs, nostalgic sets and plenty of spooky, but family-friendly, fun, The Lucky Rabbit is the perfect place to shop, eat and celebrate Halloween in Hattiesburg.
