  2. How do I participate in Hattiesburg Restaurant Week 2023? Eat at a participating HBURG restaurant is the simplest way to participate; however, we also encourage you to share your meals or check in at restaurants on social media to help spread the word about favorite eats in town. As a thriving visitor destination, Trip Advisor, Google Business, and Yelp reviews and/or pictures are also incredibly helpful to our local eateries!

  4. Are there any Hattiesburg Restaurant Week official events this year? VisitHATTIESBURG is not providing any special events this year; however, Buschman Street Cafe is offering a special tasting event on Thursday, Oct. 11. See the Foodie Guide and their social media for more details.

  6. What's the point in Hattiesburg Restaurant Week? Attracting both residents and visitors, Hattiesburg boasts nearly 200 local restaurants and stands as Mississippi's ultimate foodie hub. Official restaurant sales tax figures from July 2022 through June 2023 show Hattiesburg’s restaurant industry exceeded $311 million in sales during that 12-month time period. In fall 2022, October was the best-performing month, exceeding August, September and November by several million dollars in sales. VisitHATTIESBURG can attribute this increase to Hattiesburg Restaurant Week, which had significant participation from local restaurants and reached thousands of potential diners through direct marketing efforts.

  7. I am affiliated with a restaurant and want to participate in 2024. How can I? The more Hattiesburg local restaurants, the merrier! Please email info@visithburg.org with your contact information and Restaurant name. We will be in touch!
