What to Expect

Live at Five Community Activation: Join us at Live at Five, a free concert series in Town Square Park, to kick off National Travel and Tourism Week with live music, chalk art, good food, and a special community project!
Tourism Gives Back: Hotel and hospitality workers from all over the city are invited for a good time giving back to the community. This year we will be packing food for Extra Table. Tourism Appreciation Lunch: We want to spread the love! That's why we are hosting our annual Tourism Appreciation Lunch for Hotels and Restaurants. Please reach out to Meagan Mallory with any questions or to see how you can get involved.

Heart of Hattiesburg Awards

The Heart of Hattiesburg award is a special recognition presented to outstanding hospitality employees to highlight the passion, dedication, and commitment of individuals who embody the spirit of hospitality and contribute to the success of Hattiesburg’s tourism industry.

Upon receipt, honorees will be officially recognized as an ambassador of Hattiesburg’s tourism industry and given a certificate and lapel pin.
