When and Where

Dates: Annually on Dec. 31 (New Years Eve)
Location: Downtown Hattiesburg, Intersection of Main and Front Streets
Admission: Midnight on Front Street is a free event, made possible by the support of generous sponsors.
Parking and Transportation:
- At 4 p.m. on New Years Eve, certain roads in downtown Hattiesburg will close for event set-up. All roads will reopen between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m.
- Hub City Transit: The blue route will run along Hardy Street from Downtown Hattiesburg to Midtown between 8 p.m. on December 31 and 2 a.m. on January 1. The bus will make guaranteed stops at the Midtown Market (Mahogany Bar, El Rayo, Crescent City Grill and Ed’s), the District at Midtown, the Keg & Barrel and Forrest Street/Front Street.
Note: Often downtown Hattiesburg businesses will offer specials, host celebrations in tandem with Midnight on Front Street, or hold extended hours.
