*Please complete the form to request name badges for your event or conference from VisitHATTIESBURG. Badges are provided complimentary to groups booking 25 or more room nights at an HBURG hotel for an event. The number of complimentary badges will be based on room nights booked by each group, with a maximum of 500 name badges provided complimentary to qualifying groups. For each additional 100 badges over the qualifying amount, there is a fee of $50.00. A minimum of five (5) business days’ notice required on all name badge requests. Any requests over 250 name badges requires ten (10) business days. Several blank badges will be provided for last minute edits or additions.

Bags are provided complimentary to groups booking 25 or more room nights at an HBURG hotel for an event. The number of complimentary bags offered will be based on room nights booked by each group, with a maximum of 250 bags provided complimentary. For each additional 100 bags over the qualifying amount, there is a fee of $25.00. A minimum of ten (10) business days notice is required for all orders.
