City’s Official Tree at Town Square Park – Join Hattiesburgers in Town Square Park for the City of Hattiesburg’s official tree lighting ceremony on Dec. 2. Snap your pic in front of the tree anytime during the month of December.

Holiday Popup Murals in Downtown – Hattiesburg Alliance for Public Art (HAPA) has placed temporary pop-up murals throughout downtown Hattiesburg. Find these holiday card backdrops in the alleyways just off of Main St.

Giant Ornament Downtown – Speaking of alleyways, head to the Pocket Museum alley to find VisitHATTIESBURG’s giant ornament. You’ll quickly fa-la-la-in love with this sparkling decoration, perfect for family photos!

The Lucky Rabbit – “We’re going to have the hap-hap-happiest Christmas” in HBURG. Known for its detailed movie and tv sets, The Lucky Rabbit has created a beaut of a holiday photo op again this year. Find the Griswald family station wagon, complete with a 25’ live tree on top, and more at the junk shop. Bring your ugly sweaters to truly embrace the National Lampoon spirit.

University of Southern Mississippi – ‘Round here, we yell SMTTT all year-round. Enjoy timeless décor as you stroll through campus. Share your golden eagle (past, present, and future) pride by taking a holiday photo in front of the campus sign!

Victorian Candlelit Christmas – If you enjoy Christmas of years gone by, the Victorian Candlelit Christmas is the perfect photo op for you. Smile among 18,000 glowing luminaries, from atop a horse-drawn carriage, or as you sip hot cocoa and listen to carolers in the streets. These photos will be full of nostalgia.
